Minnesota innovators tried for decades to get politicians in Minnesota to allow the podcar industry to grow in Minnesota. JPods are self-driving cars on grade separated rails. Today self-driving cars are operating on Minnesota streets but the Governing, seeking control over excellence stifle cleaner, faster, safer, and more affordable mobility netowrks.  

Here is a demonstration of JPods in 2006 where the Twins Stadium now stands.

Problem:  Traffic costs the people of Minnesota $12.4 billion/year:

• $5.9 billion/year for foreign oil (MN has no oil resources)
• $4.9 billion/year on traffic deaths/injuries
• $1.6 billion/year on congestion
